I was robbed. The police & I believe that it was by an employee because they locked the door behind them. Unfortunately, there was not enough evidence to prosecute, and management did everything they could to interfere with the investigation. When I moved in, someone ripped out all of the mailboxes and stole everyone's mail. The only way to get anything fixed is to do it yourself, or leave letters every couple of days. The letters are not a guarantee that anything will be fixed. It took several months and a threat to call the fire marshall to get the nighttime safety lights that lit the stairs and my front door fixed. They also refused to return most of my security deposit and they did not return my laundry room key deposit. I was told a year and a half after I moved in that I had never received pest control even though it was promised in the lease. The area is not very quiet. There were frequent automobile accidents outside of my apartment. There are some very loud neighbors, and police sirens were a regular occurrence. There is not enough parking unless you get home early. The apartments, however, are adorable. I wish I could have continued to live there, but because of the reasons listed above, I could not.
