We have lived here one year. It was ok at first until we learned about the fake security gate/fake guard.They let anybody in and pretend to protect the front gate. until we found out almost every resident owns a pitbull. which the lease says is not allowed. I dont feel safe walking my dog. The maintance men never fix problems correctly. They have tried to fix my a/c six times. it works for a couple days then goes back to turning into a block of ice. not to mention the a/c is not serviced or maintained until it is broken. My fpl bill is over 250$ a month due to the poor state of the a/c unit. My next door neighbor is a drug addict/ drug dealer who stays home all day. Then kindly greets me from outer space because they are so high when i get home from working hard all day.I live on the second floor and my neighbor below me had to move out because there was a big mold problem they refused to fix. They conviently wrote into the lease that they are not responsible for any mold problems.Resident services is a joke. They have very bad attitudes and lie through there teeth. one time a maint man came to fix my dryer and left a big mess for me to clean inside and outside my apt.We have friends who have lived here past and present. They have nothing good to say about tivoli. Only how there are criminals ,drug dealersand drug addicts that live here.Basically DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION.
