we have been here 3 years now, and can't wait to get out. management keeps changing hands, and each new office staff brings a new level of apathy. when we moved in we had to pay a $300 non-refundable pet "deposit", and now that our lease is up, they're telling us we'd have to pay an ADDITIONAL $350 non-refundable pet "deposit, even though we still have the canceled check from the first deposit. it took 4 days to get maint. to fix our leaky a/c unit and then vacuum up the water that turned to MOLD in our spare bedroom. our carpets and ducts have NEVER been cleaned in our 3 years. they just raised the rent over 13%, and are also forcing residents to pay more toward their security deposit to match the current month's rent, even if, like us, you have been there longer than most of the staff has and have never paid late. this used to be a good property, but we have watched it go WAY downhill in our time. there are still shingles and roofing nails covering our backyard area from hurricanes wilma AND FRANCES (2004). DO NOT MOVE HERE. the new counters and tile floors are installed HORRIBLY, the dryer vents DIRECTLY INTO YOUR APARTMENT. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
