The door to my community mail box housing 39 other units or so has been missing for 9 days now! No one in that section is able to have their mail delivered. I have been calling every day asking them to fix the issue and receive the same stupid answer; "Sir, we don't know when it will be fixed" "Did you know we have over 1500 units to deal with'!'","Sir, are you aware that cost money'!'!".

If you have the time could you call 954.428.2100 and tell them to fix the mail boxes on Rich Dr! You will probably get the answering machine. Just leave a message.

I don't care what you tell them. Just tell them to fix the problem.

To make matters worse... my rear patio floods every time rain falls leaving an inch of mud that must be scooped off in order to use it. I have standing water on my walk way. I have to jump over the puddle every morning so I don't slip and bust my head. They refuse to fix this problem because "it cost money"! And I had to wait 6 months for them to put screens in my bedroom window!

They evict residents so often that the dumpsters are overflowing with furniture and other trash. Also I have gotten a nail in my tire because of the lack of clean up around the dumpsters.

In the courtyard by my unit a fence has the slogan "Tivoli Pork" spray painted on it. There is also an old dryer thrown in the bushes next to the playground where kids play.

I don't have all day so I'll just leave it at that.
