I lived there for 2 years (2005 - 2007) and I never really had a problem. I heard about people having alot of problems with rodents/pests prior to new management but I never had a problem with the maintenance or the management. the other RESIDENTS now there is the issue. The people downstairs argued constantly and I am pretty sure domestic abuse was part of their everyday life. I doubt anyone ever worked who lived downstairs because there were sitting on their front stoop when i left in the morning and were still there when i got back from work at night. They would chat, listen to music loudly and do each other's hair outside. They never bothered me but it is an eyesore when you have company or when people drop by unexpectedly.
