I feel so unsafe living in Tivoli Terrace "Luxury" Apartments. What a horrible quality of living. There is garbage thrown on the ground throughout the property. They never spray for bugs (not once since I moved in 1 year ago) so there are roaches indoors and the grass is full of fleas and ticks.
I have a dog and spoke with the vet who let me know that in this complex specifically, they do not take seriously the up keep that goes into spraying for bugs. The vet told me that they are seeing numerous cases of fleas/ticks coming from living in Tivoli.
I am moving out this week and I have never been so excited to leave a place in my life. I have spoken with other people my age who also live in Tivoli and they all say the same thing. This place is a dump!
