I lived here between 2001-2003 and it was a great place. Resonable rent and the place was alway clean. The layout of the unit was great small but nice. The dumpster was never overflowing that I remember and the only "other pets" was a fox that use to come across the fence from the east side. The gate would go out, nothing new. the one negitive thing was the mail boxes would flood when it rained, destroying your mail that was irritating.
