We loved it there went we first moved in, but it steadily declined. People jump the fence/gates and get it and I saved a woman from being killed by an intruder from outside once.
We lived there for 5 years and realized it just is not a safe place. There were drug dealing outside of windows at all hours, and it just went from bad to worse.

The washing machines were always breaking because people didn't know how to use them properly. A lot of problems were the foreign residents, but management could have helped. Many of us tried to get meetings going and some kind of watch program, but it never happened.

An intruder once smashed our front window of our van in with a fire extinguisher. They were always destroying cars, etc.,

It was too bad, really, because the potential is there, it is a gorgeous layout, etc., they should go condo and make it nicer. What a waste of a once beautiful place.
