The first thing you should know about this community is that it is an Equity Apartment meaning that it is a nation wide apartment complex. If something doesn't get fixed then you need to write to the main headquarters. I now live in an Equity Apartment complex in Orlando. The management is a lot better at this location.

When I moved out the carpet was clean except for 2 small marks the size of a pea. I lived there for two years and it was a two bedroom aptment. I asked the manager to check me out and she said she was too busy. I told her that I was on a strict deadline and had to leave in 15 minutes, but she could not look at it. I asked her to call me when she went through it so if there was something wrong I could come back a fix it. She didn't call me. She did bill me $700 for new carpet.

It is true that we had gates that never worked, lots of cars got broken into, garbage dumpsters overflowed with garbage, and it too a while for maintence personal to fix items. When they did fix things it was done poorly and they left a mess.

As I said before this apartment complex has problems because of management, they have had at least 4 different managers in the time that I rented from them.
