Amazingly I've been able to enter and exit through the gates without hitting or getting hit! I have no clue how people manage to snap off the wooden arm nearly every day, but they do. The one I have seen was by someone trying to get in after someone else opened the gate with their access card, so maybe if you all would wait in line, use your card, WAIT for the arm to go up and move through the gate, you wouldn't get hit.

If you have a complaint and actually do what is asked, which means sending a letter to the front office so they can build a case against the offender and not just pick up the phone and whine about noise, it gets taken care of. Or do you think people will just accept "People complained. No I don't know who" when they are threatened by the front office'

Maintenance has always been here when I made an appointment, fixed the problem and was done.

Granted it's not the best location, but it's not bad. Not going to say I won't take something better if it comes along, but it's not the hell hole people are making it out to be.
