Was considering moving but then I looked at what is available in the Boca/delray area.

I looked around, comapred and then renewed my lease. My apt is perfect, the gym is perfect and the pool is pretty nice as well. My neighbors are great, the comminuty is pretty well maintained compared to others I had seen.

I prefer being in a gated community and have never had a gate problem. Drug dealers. I don't think so! I've seen those things before and would have noticed that type of activity.

FYI the gate only goes around the front, anyone can come in through the spaces and shrubs around the majority of the main road, which by the way are adjacent to low-income housing.
