Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2007
 
I've been a tenant since 09/1997 and have been very impressed with CCA. The quality of service from the management staff and maintenance crews has been top shelf. My only complaints are: 1) the occasional whining from pets left unattended late at night and early in the morning; and 2) the constant increase in rent. Otherwise, it's been a great living experience.
