The gate is always broken and I have to wonder what the sense is in having one when people follow me in on a daily basis. Maintenance is OK, WHEN they show up. Twice I had appointments and they left a note on my door that they didn't have permission to enter (untrue). Lisa, the manager is a snot nose who never looks up when residents go in to the office, but the rest of the staff is nice enough, if a bit flaky. All in all, it's ridiculously expensive for what you get.
