Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997
 
Look like a nice place on the outside but the management is terrible. Plus there is a tennis club and training facility beside the apartment and when they can't rent an apartment they rent it out short term to the tennis facility, who in turn allows 3-5 teenagers to live in the apartment unsupervised. Extremely noisy. Was very glad to leave.
