poor inflexible management policies

They have a standard Tramwell Crow policy in their lease which requires 60 days notice before you leave even if your lease is up. I knew this policy was a problem so I told them I would not sign a lease unless they changed it to 30 days they agreed but now whenever I renew they keep it at 60 days. If you want to leave at the end of your lease you can they looking at other apartments but there are none available over 60 days in advance. Also they charge a 1 month cancellation fee, so if you are transfered or must accept a job out of town you need to pay them 3 months rent to leave 2 months for the 60 days notice plus 1 month cancellation fee.
If you lose your key to the exercise room they charge $50 dollars to have it replaced.
