I've lived at the Vinings for a little over a year. I have read the other views and think these old tenants are ridiculous. Who can guarantee safety no matter where you are' If these people read the lease before they signed, there shouldn't be a problem with cancellation fees or charges for lost keys. Everything is there in the lease- no surprises. I have never had a problem with managment. They are great and so are the maintenance men. I love living here and definitely recommend it!
