Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
 
I have lived here for four years and have no complaints. The apartments are spacious and the location is great. Leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful. Whenever a maintenance issue arose they were always out to fix it right away and usually didn't have to return. I highly recommend The Vinings to anyone looking to move to Delray Beach.
