I got transfered to south florida and had to find a place fast. since the vinings was close to the ocean seemed like it would be great. The crime rate has climbed dramiticaly over the past years. I have has two separate times where my bikes were stolen off the porch. And a car stolen right out of the parking lot. Management is NOT KID Friendly at all. They will constantly send letters if your children laugh and play out side. disruptive to the other tenants they say, even though they are at the so called tot lot(by the way is the only thing in this complex for them to do). every time you sign a new lease they raise the rent started here 1195 now 1630 next lease signing not doing it. Other places in the area less money larger apartments and most have garages at that price and are gauard gated to boot. They dont tell you just across the street is the worst drug crime neiborhood in Delray Beach. also the have a contract with some half way house, and we having three small children, they rented the apartment right above us to six struggling drug addicts. Not very nice of them cop here all the time and one finaly OD'ed the other day. please look else where before settling here.
