Please remember when reading these reviews, some people are never satisfied! I've lived at the vinings for a year and just renewed my lease for another year. It is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are beautiful and always well maintained. The management staff are all very nice. The maintenance crew very responsive! I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bath and it is huge. I entertain quite frequently and my gusets are amazed at how much living space I have! If you want to live in east Delray the vinings is the place to be!

What about the car that was just broken into in the parking lot?? My neighbor was also arrested twice by the polic breaking into his apartment! Totally unsafe! The complex management is rude and unhelpful.
