I live there now and it is a very nice place for the money. For the most part the people all keep to themselves unless you make it down to the pool. I saw the comment about paper thin walls but I have to say thats not the case. I play the tunes pretty loud and have had 1 complaint the entire time I have lived here and that because my back door was open. The older lady in the office is pretty rude,not very nice but the rest of the bunch are good people. The Maintenance is on the ball and makes up for the lady in the office. I have never had to wait on getting something looked at or fixed. Very nice landscaping and clean. Guest parking is probably the worst thing they have going. Not near enough. If you are fortunate enough to find a space for your guests you wont be ashamed of the neighborhood.
