unprofessional and incompetent residential staff

I have lived in the Via D'Este community for only 7 months and already has not been a good lifestyle exsperience. I agree with other reviews the only pleasurable exsperience was the day I signed my lease and the maitenence staff. In the beginning it was offers of Bottled water and Fresh baked cookies, when the inked dried it was a differant story. The walls are parer thin months after I moved in the paint started to peal as if they simply used a can of wal-mart paint spray and gave it a once over. I would not reccomend living here, I have seen several people move out only after a year exsperiencing the same issues. The current residential srtaff should find new employment such as fast food or a bar considering their customer service. Thumbs way down!

Since I wrote a positive review for the facility, I have to ask...how is it the staff's fault if the walls are paper thin? Have you talked to the staff about taking a look at your peeling walls (if that's the case)? The complex allows each tenant to paint, but has to paint before leaving if they choose to do so. Perhaps the previous tenant did not use primer before re-painting? I found, when I communicated with the staff, they were very eager to work with me on my issues.

Well im glad to see your eagerness to defend your communties staff, but the simple fact is I would not be writing this review 6 months into my lease if I had not already communicated and recieved a negative response. Also the fact that each apt should be inspected with the highest standards before occupancey, that is a reflection of property manegment, and finally I have spared the bloggers and gave this current staff the benefit of the doubt by saveing details. A blind man with glasses can see the decline in effort of the current staff's member to give above and beyound service. This was my exsperience and more power to those who settle for less and accept mediocre resident service.

any issues you bring up are met with excuses rather than solutions.
people in my employment don't last long with that attitude

Agree too rental staff becomes very defensive when you call them on anything except for maintanence issues. This is never a trusty sign. Whenever there is a question they say "corporate" made that decision as if that was an answer. Hello we as the residents deserve proper responses.
