A new management company took over soon after I moved in. This place has definitely gone down the tubes since then.

The maintenance staff is completely unresponsive. It takes 3-4 complaints before they'll bother to show up the first time.

Outdoor pest control is terrible. The grass is infested with fleas - our small dog comes back covered in them, despite flea control on him. Not to mention that the grass is infrequently cut, so the grass is often over your ankles - which the bugs really appreciate.

The water is yellow and heavily chlorinated. It can not be used for anything more than washing. Also, I can not stay in the shower for long without my eyes turning red.

The appliances, while relatively new, are the cheapest, lowest-end models on the market. The oven is often 75 degrees off temp, the fridge freezes in the back and warms in the front, the dishwasher seems to make dishes dirtier than they went in. The washer and dryer work well enough, however.

Now the worst part - the residents. While there are a few decent people living here, you wouldn't know it unless you searched. Some of our neighbors enjoy fighting loudly and continually with all of the windows open, some like to dump dirty cat litter over the balcony and on to the grass (which, btw, the maintenance crew never cleaned up), many like to work on their rusty vehicles in the parking lot. Our bicycles, which were chained up, were stolen from our patio one night. There are often shady characters - who do not live here - loitering outside of the building.

I could go on and on. Needless to say, one year was one too many for me. There are better communities for less money out there. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
