Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I was at another JRD community in Broward and transferred to Plam Beach to be closer to my job and I haven't regretted it one bit. My lease is up in a couple of months and I WILL be signing a new one for a 3rd year at Water's Edge and a 4th year with JRD Management.
