Great Town, Pretty Apt. Complex . .. YELLOW water!

Overall, I like living at Water's Edge. My 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a den is modern and clean. The vaulted ceilings are a huge benefit and so is the calming lake view.
Delray Beach has a beautiful downtown area that is just minutes away. The beach is also within rollerblade/bike distance. I-95 is less than 1 mile away.
I have two problems here. One is the yellow water. That's right. . . yellow. Pee yellow, in fact. Don't even think of washing your expensive clothing in the included washer and dryer unless you want greyish yellow clothing. And you won't even want to give the water to your pets.
My other problem is that due to palm trees overhanging our patio, we have a problem with sugar ants. The mgt just doesn't seem to care about helping us get rid of them. We didn't always have the problem . . the trees got out of hand and the ants moved in.
The neighbors are all mid 20s to 30s. Not too many families or old people. Mostly young professionals.
If you don't mind the water, this place is a great complex to call home.
