I have lived at Water's Edge for almost 3 years and I can honestly say that it is the best place I have lived in Florida.
The apartments are beautiful, I live in a one bedroom with a den, and it is a beautiful apartment. It is very spacious and cozy.
The grounds are beautiful and the office staff are extremely nice, they have always gone out of their way to help me. They always greet me with a smile, and make me feel as if I am not just a resident but a friend they care about. They always have fresh coffee and cookies for us, and make us feel right at home. I even like stopping by the office just to say hi.
I have never had problems with water, and I use regularly my washer, dishwasher, etc. I even give my dog water from the sink and he is perfectly fine.
I walk my dog every day and has never seen a flea on him, which lets me know that the grounds are good, and if a dog picks up fleas it is probably a lack of proper flea control, or for taking it to other places.
The location is excellent, parking is never a problem, maintenance is always very responsive, I can not say enough good things about this place.
