When you leave this place do you want additional charges and if you don't pay them they go to collections and ruin your credit'

Do you want staff to treat you like a piece of garbage once you signed an agreement namely Stephanie'

Do you want a brand new management company to this property (not a good sign) who doesn't have it together and is too busy training then to give you quality service'

Do you want to be traumatized by an infestation of TERMITES'

How about your car broken into with your window smashed in the parking lot'

Do you have little to no security in a neighborhood that isn't exactly safe. (Someone was shot and killed on Atlantic when I was living here)

Do you want to pay more than what this place is really worth'

If you answered no to any of these questions do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I lived at this place for 3 years and it was a truly a nightmare on several occasions.
