I read the reviews and figured it couldn't be as bad as people said it was. They were all right, though. The gate never works. It has been open day and night for the last 3 months. And they're so lazy with their upkeep that two pitbulls came through a hole in the fence one morning and attacked my neighbor while she was walking her two dogs. They broke her wrist and killed one of the poor dogs, seriously injured the other one. They never caught the dogs or the owners and for a month after the only thing they did to fix the fence was place cardboard over it and plant a bush in front of it. The people in the office are rude. You better hope they don't get any glitches in their system or you'll have to pay for it. And the maintainence guys, while very polite and quick to respond, don't really know what they're doing. We had to call three times about a leak under the sink because they kept saying it was fixed when it wasn't. This is the worst complex I've lived in and I can't wait for my lease to be up.
