Very Nice I lived here for 3years and I can honestly say. It felt like my own. However, every place is gonna have its quirks remember your renting. In retro spec it was one of the best places and areas I could pick to live. Via DEste is pet friendly, with a bit of a restriction for breeds.

Right On The Money Let's start with the move in costs. They are to prorate the one month off. It does not show on either the move in sheet or the beginning of the lease.
The property manager, will run and hide in her office. Big crime in the area.

Getting Worst Every Day Ants, Roaches, Lizards and College students who stay up playing loud music and having parties till the early hours of the morning. They say this is a family place but you come to find very quickly that this is not a place for raising a family.
