I do not recall a worst office staff than the one at this rental community. They are rude and sinical. I would say that they take pride in what they do the best: upsetting the renters. the worst they treat you the prouder they are. However, one of the staffer is very professional, diligent and respectful.

Maintenance response is extremely slow if any action is taken to your maintenance complaint. The maintenance people are very polite and diligent; however, at least one of them seems not to be the best technician for the position. He takes an extensive time to locate the problem and fix it.

The apartments layout is nice. The grounds are nicely kept. It is a beautiful rental community. It is close to good schools, shopping and highways. So it is a shame that because of the total absence of customer service at this community from the office staff and the slow response from maintenance or not response at all, people like me are revisiting the idea of renewing our contract.
