I like the place - Rented here for a year. I liked that the apartment is big and centrally located, very close to major expressways (Turnpike, Palmetto, 836) and shopping Malls (International, Dolphin). I was on the 2nd level and didn t hear noise at all. No roaches. Didn t like the extremely small parking spaces and lack of guess parking. Horrible Maintenance I have been here since Jan.2011; i have been reporting an issue with the A/C until now Mar. 2011 they have not addressed it. I wake up stressed out and with a headache due to the constant load humming of the A/C.
If you have an issue here, your concern will be ignored.

Manager is an Absolute Witch Dealing with this woman is unbearable. Her air of superiority is disgusting. Needless to say that tenants in this apartment are mostly professionals. She is nasty and so unlikeable. They should have someone with people skills in that position.

Not Worth It... We moved in 2 years ago and the way this place is now it's discusting. First of all this is suppose to be a gated community and the gates have never worked. The people in the office are not helpful nor friendly. The trees are dying, the pool has been closed for almost a year

Nice community Excellent community. Extremely clean, well maintained. Staff is not the best but they are decent people. Neighbors are OK. Appropriate for classy, well educated people. Noise is not welcome. Neighbors call police at the minimum sign of disturbance which is OK.
