Sure it's noisey sometimes (especially on the second floor). But hey, it's an apartment!!! They are built cheap! There is new management and so far so good!!! It's a little expensive, but you do get quite a bit for your money - ie: gym, 2 pools, hot tub, office area, cafe, media room, etc.
