From the moment I moved in, I felt a sense of peace and relaxation. The reason I moved was because of the price of the apartment. They are expensive (for me) but I would totally recommend the apartments. Stay away from apartments on the first and second floors, however. They have low ceilings, and you can hear people above you. The third floor is well insulated, and has high ceilings. Get a view, it is well worth it!! Spacious, and clean, never any bugs. Office staff was always courteous, and returned all of my security deposit. Maintenance work orders were addressed within 24 hrs. I hated the speed bumps, another reason I moved. The gates don't really keep anyone out, and I recommend getting a gate remote. The card is a pain. The pool is always beautiful, and the workout room is unparalleled. They go by the book as far as applicants go. They do not let in anyone who has a criminal record, if you have bad credit they ask for a large deposit. I really enjoyed living there. They throw really nice parties too, with free drinks, and everyone shows up around the pool, it was so much fun to live there!

- There is ample parking
- It's very quiet, except the front doors do slam shut sometimes
- Over all appearance of the entire community is a thing of beauty, upkeep and landscaping of flowers and greenery are changed to fit the season
- It's very safe.
- Top quality. Insulation, fixtures, and building materials appear high quality.
- Maintenance quality (maintenance people fix problems correctly) Very good work. Always fixed right the first time.
- Overall--Staff really has its act together! Obviously committed to delivering great service to its residents.
