This place would be great if not for the high rent and crappy staff. I got a good deal to move in. Rent was slightly high, but tolerable. Then they sent me my renewal terms. The rent increased 10%. That is a lot if you think about it. The staff is rude and downright evil. Once the head manager hung up on me. They feed you misinformation to trick you into having to pay late fees and other types of fees. This happened to me more than once. If you don't get EVERY LITTLE THING in writing, you?re screwed. I got a W/D in my unit and was told it could be removed at any time. When I decided to get rid of it to save money, they told me they had recently changed their policy and could not remove it. If I tell you all the problems I had with the staff it would identify me to them so I cannot. I don't want anymore stupid misc. fees or charges because I was stupid enough to let them find out my identity. They are slimy, conniving, losers no better than a used car salesman. That is actually what they are equivalent to. They can?t sell houses so they go to apartment leases. What losers. It makes the Mac Alpine experience intolerable when you have to wonder if the staff is misguiding you, if in a few days you will see a $75 fee of some sort stuck to the door. The staff shouldn?t be the enemy. They are supposed to be there to help. To bad you couldn?t have a place as beautiful as Mac Alpine with a great staff too.

P.S. The guys who get paid to ride around on the golf carts pretending to be maintenance are actually really cool people!! And, and they are always happy because they love there jobs. I mean, who wouldn?t love a job where you never had to do anything and you got to drive a golf cart around all day. It?s awesome!
