To all prospective renters: READ all of the complaints about MacAlpine Place...they are all so true! I wish I would have read this before I moved here.

Anyone that writes something good about this property either works here or just moved in...

In addition to what I have read in all of the other complaints be aware:

1. that there is a horrible parking problem (and if you park in an unauthorized area you WILL be towed--hasn't happened to me but I have seen my neighbors cars being towed away)

2. you will also be solicited at all hours of the day and night by door to door salesmen (it happened to me at almost 10 pm-and continues on a bi-weekly basis)

3. the police and fire trucks are here all the time

4. maintenance issues are not handled well

5. and this place is full of scantilly clad young girls along with the not-so-nice boys they attract

6. the rent policies are a joke and change every other week

7. management recently changed for the worse and it seems as though the office staff would rather have you deal with the out of town "administration" office than with them

the list goes on and on...do yourself a favor read this review and ALL of the others and DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!

I have lived at mac alpine for one year. I like living here. I live close to the front gate. I have heard no police cars of fir engines since I got here. As with all apartment living we can't choose our neighbors. There will always be one or two obnoxous families. People who make a mess and then complain about it. Look at the mess i have to live in.
