If you enjoy hearing the "boom" of base coming from the vehicles driving through the complex, setting off other peoples car alarms...move to MacAlpine Place!

If you enjoy seeing trash overflowing from the dumpster because the compacter is broken, and if you enjoy the smell that accompanies the said trash...move to MacAlpine Place!

If you enjoy almost getting run down by the vehicles that speed through the complex...and worrying about the kids because you see them almost get run over...move to MacAlpine Place!

If you enjoy living in a substandard apartment with low rate management who could care less about the residents...move to MacAlpine Place!

You get the drift...I hope anyone who is thinking about moving here thinks twice...and decides against it!

The reason the trash compacter breaks down is because some residents won't follow some simple directions. don't put furniture, t.v.'s end tables, baby strollers, etc., in the compactor. its the residents speeding not the management. If you have children, don't speed. if you have a child who drives, tell them not to speed. Tell your neighbor not to speed.

I once asked someone to slow down because they were speeding. The resident literally screeched his tires in reverse and ran out the car weilding a baseball bat. He was clearly drunk and meant business. I never told a neighbor to do anything afterwards. In fact, I moved out in fear of my life and due to that fact didn't have to pay the contract violation.
