All I can say is that this is a bad place to live-and the rent that is charged is ridiculous for what they offer.

The pool is gross, the gym had semen stains on the machines and carpet, and there are constantly scary looking young men walking through the complex.

The new management company is ridiculous, and the women in the office will blame the management office in Tampa when things go wrong.

Also, their is a maintenance man that will leave a permanent body odor in your apartment. I am moving AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP!

The pools are clean. the property is clean. Some of our residents are slobs. They blame management for not picking up after them fast enough.
