Ok-as the title suggests there is POOP in the front pool, it's duck poop but it's still poop...this is a constant thing that you have to deal with. I don't go to that pool and the back pool (there are two in the complex) has 4-5 lounge chairs that actually work. Most of the chairs at the back pool are torn and you cannot sit on them...so if you are looking to lease here look closely at details, don't just glance.
The office says that they will replace the broken chairs after this hurricane season, which ends in NOVEMBER! The chairs have been like this since APRIL!!!
Also, all of the pool side tables are gone. So if you are planning on using the great gas grill by the front pool you will be putting the food in your lap as you sit on a broken chair because the ground is covered with ants (and poop).
This place is really, really bad. If you go to the pool, mailbox, gym, etc. and talk to residents that have been here for more than a month the most popular topic of conversation is how fast this place has gone downhill and how there are so many trucks with people moving OUT and not so many trucks with people moving IN!
And as far as the other review that was talking about how suspicious the positive reviews are...it is interesting that all of the positive reviewers claim to have lived here for 2 years:) The positive reviews are fake!

I assume this is the pool next to the pond. I am amazed that there was duck poop in the pool that is 10 feet from the duck pond.
