You know I am extreamly dissapointed in my fellow neighbors in what they have to say about this apt community. I have lived in many apts through out my life time and I have to say I have not seen one that is cared for as much as this one. The office staff is ok however the maintenance has the best customer service that I have seen and it is rare. I am not only pleased with my apt but also with the community as a whole it is worth every penny. I personly love it here and enjoy the ammenities as well as being able to depend on the staff anytime I need anything at all. I also have to say that when people are inconsiderate and treat property and people in a certain manner they are going to get that same treatment.

I couldn't agree more. All communitys have there struggles with certian issue's but the key word is all know matter where you go there is no such thing as perfect you try to please one person the other one gets upsett cant please everyone no one and nothing is perfect although I do think MacAlpine comes pretty close

all communities have struggles, but not all of them are so incredibly rude to their residents either. and I know from experience that not all communities find it acceptable behavior to go on here as office staff to increase their rating just to make themselves look better than they are. That is pathetic. I used to think this place was great, right up until I started to see the truth. People who put their hard earned money into the place will see that the behaviors these people exhibit are just not worth the money they pay. But I guess you wouldn't really know that feeling, seeing as how Im fairly sure you don't have to worry about rent. Unfortunately, Im a hard working person who likes to see value in what I'm paying for. This community does not have any value with the office staff at current.

I love my apartment, but agree about the leasing agents being rude. Customer service is not what it use to be. Is it really that difficult to find caring, friendly people for this office? Management needs to look into this matter and make a change for the better. People don't complain for no good reason. A little respect goes a long way.

i agree with billy bob .you dont get what you pay for.all thease stay at home mommys in their perfect little fantasy world keep dreaming.cause that is all that will get you through it.the nile is a river in egypt.
