I've been here for 3 years and I haven't had a single problem. Granted, I haven't had to go to the office for much so I can't say much about that but other than that the pool areas do not have hoodlums like some are implying. My neighbors are nice and quiet. By the way, my neighbor accross from me has been there longer than I have! Nothing has happened (other than the fire alarm in the building next to mine was faulty once and it kept going off at night) We signed our lease a few months early and they didn't raise our rent. I think some of these bad reviews are just people trying to get tenants in THEIR apts. I love it here and will probably sign for another year. The interiors are nice and roomy also!

funny? yes....that you seem to think this site is called "BIT## session 101" ...its a 'ratings' site...meaning, ALL ratings...not just a slam session for those who want to vent and use the staff as a verbal punching bag tod exagerate an experience, and are too squirly to discuss their concerns with the manager. I certainly hope, if you do in fact work a real job, that your customers dont vent on you this way. Open your eyes...everyone has their own experiences to share! idiot! ...yes, thats MY opinion of you.

in building 13 apt 303 u will find a sexual predator by the name of Gregory e nemeth he stays often. This is a very dangerous sexual predator thats only been out of prison for a very short time keep an eye on your kids he was convicted of sexual assault on a child under 12 he is in the company of one Tracey L Killius.

I just wanted to tell you that I completely agree and love Macalpine place. I looked at other apts too on here and its juts a trend that almost all the reviews for any complex are negative because people who have had bad experiences just want to complain. After I moved into macalpine place I came on here and was surprised to see all these horrible reviews. All apartments have their downfalls and florida has bugs. It just does.
