The property is pretty but..Your paying for "luxury" apartments and I can hear my neighbors above/next door to me have conversations. Also, it sounds like my neighbors above me are bowling. Do to work I move around a lot and I have never been in such a place where the walls are like paper. Also this "gated" community gates are usually wide open. Your paying a certain price for a certain quality your ot recieving. Oh and I had to spend some extra money getting their sprinkler water spots off my car. The water is harsh and there is no other place really to park, bsides near the grass, unless you rent a garage. I've haven't been here long and I'm ready to go.
