Noise on top floor apartments (drug users too), trash thrown on surroundings.
People drive inside the complex like they are on a expressway, we fear for our kids safety when crossing the street, riding bicycle around.
The other day even our some people's cars, apartment entrance doors, and outside walls were vandalized (painted), last week. I am saying the truth. Landscape is always inconsistent and not the best. The staff, its really annoying and haven't improved so much since 2007. They wont wait for you not even for 1 minute, if they are closing for the day, but they will take your check and cash it fast Its well known by the employees actions that they don't like too much their job.
The back gate to the complex has been opened and damaged for the past three weeks...!!
TRASH: Well, because of so low class people that were allowed to rent here, the garbage doesn't always make it to the dumpster. They leave it outside, yeah, outside the area. This has been fixed as of 2008. Now they have trash collection, and of course not free.

Mac Alpine: Please fix the main clubhouse swimming pool bottom; it got rust marks all over. Really ugly. Fixed as of 2008.

Things have not improved so much since last year. Drinking inside Pool has gone to a new higher level, where we have seen even Beer Kegs 1 feet from the water. No one really cares. Sometimes, teenagers gather inside the pool making it their own private romantic getaway during a normal Saturday pool full with kids. It s just not acceptable.

Until management gets some basic security around the huge complex, this wont improve.

Don't make the mistake of moving here. This is a real story from a real resident. Do i look i am management' Watch for lots of management posts, fakes, and super good comments which really don't make sense. If what im writing is not true, who is writing this, the competition, nop, a real resident.

Well don't move to the new "improved" Breley apts down the street it's bad there as well and management is TERRIABLE!!! What a joke ... word to the wise don't rent from UDR properties.. you'll do yourself a big favor.

if you have drug users, I assume you have some 'way' of knowing that they are, I believe we pay taxes for law enforcement to address these types of things, same with other crime issues. perhaps since there is such a concern with criminal activity, you should contact the dunedin PD. I am sure they have officers that are trained to handle drug issues. seems a bit unfair to assume that the manager would be a PT cop.
