My husband and I lived here for 3 months. We found the unit to very well laid ou. The rooms are spacious and have a good traffic flow. The closets are hugh. the screened in porch was a little small but very clean. The in suite washer and dryer and all the appliances wer madern and kept in very good repair. We had a problem once with the electricity going ot a couple of times. When we called the maintence "guys" the first time, around 10 pm at night (the power went off then came on again 3 minutes later)they came right away the next morning. They replaced acouple of fuses. The power continued to cut on and off at random for several day. Each time the maintence guys came back and finaly after replacing several trip switches they traced it back to the electrical power box outside out unit. I found their service to be quick, persistant and through. I'd go back to McAlpine place in a heartbeat.

in building 13 apt 303 u will find a sexual predator by the name of Gregory e nemeth he stays often. This is a very dangerous sexual predator thats only been out of prison for a very short time keep an eye on your kids he was convicted of sexual assault on a child under 12 he is in the company of one Tracey L Killius.
