The following is information from "The Vinings Apts" in Clearwater where Alternative Treatment International was housing transient drug addicts until they were KICKED OUT!! Now they house at MACALPINE PLACE!!!!! The addicts are part of a treatment program, and only live for a month in the apartment (transient). They do not care how they treat you as a neighbor. BEWARE!!!!

Info from The Vinings (2007):

"BUYER BEWARE. Note that the projected condo assesments are to be $333.34 a month beginning in 2007 with additional quarterly assesments of $862.00.

NOTE that for the past three months approximately eight units in buldings --------- are being occupied by drug addicts participating in a drug rehabilitation program operated by ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT INTERNATIONAL. (Check their website: www.jamaicarehab.com for a description of their target clients and beautiful images of The Vinings apartments where the participants can enjoy "resort living".) Visits by the Clearwater Police department are becoming an almost nightly occurrance and drug seeking and dealing is evident.

Before you make direct assumptions as to the residents of MacAlpine Place, perhaps you would do best by not going to a competitor of this community to get your facts

DID YOU SEE THE WEBSITE - they have photos of Mac Alpine. If they aren't part of it, then they should have them removed.

Hah, nice try defending Macalpine here. The truth is the first poster is exactly right. This place is filthy with drug dealers.
