Moved into this place thinking I'd gotten lucky. Then, five minutes after the lease was signed, the lies started showing themselves. Paying for things that weren't outlined in original discussions with the office. Grounds aren't taken care of very well for a "luxury" apartment complex. Alligators in the very accessible lakes' Yes, some residents do drive like crazies on an expressway through here and let their dogs crap where-ever without cleaning it up. We had to clean our apartment upon moving in just so it was liveable. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

The lakes at our community are not available for swimming. All fresh bodies of water in Florida have the potential of Alligators residing within them. There are signs posted at both lakes specifically warning of the potential of Alligators. All residents should use discretion in regards to our lakes and any fresh water in Florida.
