The first night my husband and I lived here we knew we had made one of the worst mistakes of our lives!!! But it was too late - we believed all the management lies about how quiet it is and how safe and how well-kept...We could hear EVERYTHING from all sides (we lived on the third floor). Our down-stairs neighbors were the "neighbors from hell," the neighbors to our left played their stereo and television so loud that we literally had to flee the apartment several times. They sprayed the grounds with pesticides without posting adequate signs - our dog nearly died!! We had to call the police twice, once because someone was literally trying to break down our door. The police were being called by other residents at least once a week - this is NOT a safe and quiet place!!! They didn't tell us about all of the extra bills we'd receive, and didn't spring the 2 month move-out notice until they had our deposit. We fulfilled our one year lease, but on hindsight we should have retained a lawyer and taken them to court. Save yourself a lot of grief and money - MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I guess I could read the ratings on this site for April of this year - which only confirmed my experience. It sure looks like nothing has changed!

I just moved out of that hell hole!! I had the same probelm they did! LOUD neighbors or at least REALLY Thin walls! I have put pictures up in my office at work and i swear to god the dry wall is thicker in my office than in that apartment!!!!! They are nothing but liars luxury my butt!!! I would never recomend them ever again! Wayyyy overpriced!

in building 13 apt 303 u will find a sexual predator by the name of Gregory e nemeth he stays often. This is a very dangerous sexual predator thats only been out of prison for a very short time keep an eye on your kids he was convicted of sexual assault on a child under 12 he is in the company of one Tracey L Killius.
