I sure wish I would have found this ratings site before moving in to MacAlpine Place. I lived there for 3 months and I absolutely HATED IT. I have read the reviews and I can assure you that the negative posters are not lying. This place is BAD. The positive posts HAVE to be from the management team, owners, drug dealers or SOMEONE who wants you to move here. Either that, or there's a section of MacAlpine underground and the rest of us cannot see it. This place is dirty, no one picks up their dog poop, the parking is horrendous and the walls ARE thin. I had to confront my neighbours personally about their constant noise because the management will not address noise complaints. They say call the sheriff which only alienates your neighbours to you further and puts you at risk because of some of the dreg types that live here. Oh, and I have confirmed through the ATI (Alternative Treatment International, Inc. of Clearwater) that they DO in fact house drug rehab people here. I'd pass on this complex if you aren't too late like me. I broke my lease after 3 months and paid almost $3K dollars in fees, fines and deposit. I just can't warn people enough. Sorry, MacAlpine Place. Sounds like you're still not doing things right.

Yeah, I had heard something about the drug rehab project too.. and they tell you that a BACKGROUND CHECK is required of everyone... guess it doesn't matter though what the results are... same story for me, lots of money and costs to leave, but worth every penny -
