I lived there for almost 5 years. It was a good place but then UDR took over and started to go down hill. The apartments were been rented to drug addicts as a halfway house. I pulled information of a sexual offender living there also. They do not do criminal checks as they tell you. Ask the neighbors and get a feel for the place. The maintenance was prompt. The pool at one point was not been properly maintained and lacked chlorine. The gate just gives you a false sense of security because cars will enter behind you and many times the gate was broken and was open. I no longer live there but I wanted to warn people. Also the BBQ grills are broken and takes them months to get approval for a new one and is the cheapest grill they can get. The place is great but if I were you please get them to agree with you in writing that if you find they are renting to criminals you will terminate the lease without any repercusions.
