I have lived here for two years and haven't had much trouble. Bugs here tend to be a little bad and even though we have had our place sprayed numerous times we still have bugs. Management is nice and they fix things in a timely manner. But, recently we have had a huge problem with our upstairs neighbors. The walls here are very thin and they are extremely loud, mostly late hours, to the point where I had to call and complain. I am not one to call but it was so loud that I couldn'st sleep and it lasted from about 11 pm to 12:30 am. They are still loud but not AS bad. Nice neighbors, good area to live.
