The price is too high for what they have to offer. The apartments smell of mildew and mold and you can never seem to get the nasty scent out. They came and attended to it many times and nothing ever worked. Mold and bugs are a HUGE issue. Noise is somewhat of a concern. Could often hear the person next door talking on the phone. Usually woken up in the mornings from shopping carts being wheeled around. After I had moved in, I found many other places that had more to offer for the price that I was paying. Also if you do decide to move into this place, make sure you will be staying for your whole lease agreement because whatever your cirumstances may be, they will not work with you and will get as much money from you as possible!!!!
On a positive note, the grounds are usually well kept and the maintenance men are usually always on the ball if you need something fixed.

I have been at Scottish Towers since 2006 and have not had this experience at all. I love it here! The apartments and grounds are clean and quiet. I do not have any problems with mold or bugs. Maybe you just had a bad experience.
