PLACE NEEDS A BIG MAKEOVER

THIS PLACE ISN'T TOO BAD, BUT THE CARPET IS WORN OUT, THE BUGS ARE HORRIBLY UNCONTROLLABLE AND THERES NOTHING TO DO AROUND THE AREA. MAINTENANCE IS ALRIGHT WHEN RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS, MANAGERS ARE VERY NICE. PARKING IS A BIG PROBLEM IF YOU GET HOME AROUND 9PM WHICH ISN'T EVEN LATE. TOOK THEM ALMOST 2 YEARS TO CUT DOWN BUSHES FROM MY PATIO THAT I REQUESTED BE CUT BEFORE MY BABYSHOWER, WAS NEVER DONE!!! ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THEM IS THE RENT!!!!! GREAT PRICE!!!!!!!
